Shipping policy

Bedaya 3D ships orders within Egypt from New Cairo. Available delivery methods and the amount charged for a specific order are displayed at checkout. Checkout information controls if a promotion or rate changes after this policy was last updated. Only one of the free-shipping offer and the filament discount can apply to the same order.

Standard shipping within Egypt

• Standard shipping costs EGP 130.
• Eligible orders of EGP 1,000 or more receive automatic free shipping when the filament discount is not applied.
• Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation unless checkout shows a different estimate or we agree another date with the customer in writing.

Delivery estimates may be affected by destination, holidays, weather, courier capacity, or the nature of the product. If a delay is material, we will contact the customer using the order details.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within up to 100 kilometres of the New Cairo location. It is free for eligible orders with a minimum value of EGP 1,000. Checkout displays this option when the delivery address qualifies. We may contact the customer to confirm timing and access instructions.

One offer per order

An eligible order can receive only one of the following offers:

• Automatic free shipping when the order value is EGP 1,000 or more.
• A 10% discount on eligible filament products when the customer buys 10 or more eligible spools, enters the code Discount 10%, and the offer is active.

The two offers cannot be combined. When both are eligible, Shopify allows only one offer to apply and the best-value eligible offer wins under the current discount settings. The 10% discount applies only to eligible filament products included in the promotion and is limited to one use per customer. An offer cannot be applied retrospectively after checkout is completed.

Order preparation and custom products

Delivery estimates begin after order confirmation, product availability, and payment authorization where required. 3D printed, manufactured, or modified-to-order products require a separate production period that will be shown or agreed before confirmation. Production time is not included in transit time unless we state otherwise.

Address and delivery contact

The customer must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, and telephone number. If delivery fails because an address is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached, or the recipient is repeatedly unavailable, the customer may be charged the cost of a new delivery attempt where permitted by law and after being informed of the charge.

Inspecting the shipment

Inspect the package on delivery. If there is visible external damage, a shortage, or an incorrect product, keep the packaging and shipping label and contact us promptly with clear photos. Defective, damaged, or non-conforming products are handled under the Return and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
